Speaking Engagements & Workshops

Speaking and teaching are at the heart of my work. I’m deeply passionate about helping therapists, healthcare providers, and organizations understand the profound ways the menstrual cycle shapes our neurobiology, emotions, relationships, and capacity for healing.

My talks and trainings invite a shift in perspective—one that moves away from pathologizing cyclical experiences and toward working with the natural rhythms of the body. Through a cycle-informed lens, I aim to make complex science accessible, clinically relevant, and immediately usable in real-world practice. Whether I’m speaking to therapists, multidisciplinary healthcare teams, or community groups, my goal is always the same: to offer education that feels grounding, empowering, and deeply human.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and clinical nuance into every space I teach, blending research, lived experience, and practical application. My speaking engagements range from keynote presentations and conference workshops to in-depth trainings, retreats, and organizational education.

If you’re interested in inviting me to speak, teach, or collaborate, I’d love to connect. Please reach out to discuss your event, audience, and how we might work together.

Past Events:

I’ve had the honour of speaking with clinicians, healthcare teams, and community audiences about the role of the menstrual cycle as a foundational—yet often overlooked—aspect of mental health. These talks are grounded in the Cycle Informed Therapy framework, which invites a shift from viewing cyclical experiences as symptoms to be managed, toward understanding them as meaningful biological rhythms that can inform care, insight, and therapeutic attunement.

Across these engagements, I focus on translating the neurobiology of the menstrual cycle into language and practices that clinicians can integrate into their work with greater compassion, precision, and effectiveness.
