Cycle-Centred Therapy for Mind & Body

Welcome to Mindful Cycles, where women’s mental health is supported through the natural rhythm of the menstrual cycle. I’m MaryClaire Decker (MC), a Registered Psychologist with over a decade of experience. I founded Mindful Cycles after seeing a gap in mental health care—despite the clear link between hormonal cycles and emotional well-being, traditional therapy often overlooks this connection. My own struggles with chronic menstrual migraines reinforced the need for an approach that works with our cycles, not against them. At Mindful Cycles, I combine evidence-based therapy with an understanding of cyclical health to help women navigate their mental well-being with greater self-awareness and resilience.

What is Cycle-Centred Therapy?

At Mindful Cycles, therapy begins with Menstrual Cycle Awareness—learning to track not just physical symptoms but also shifts in energy, emotions, self-worth, and mental well-being throughout your cycle.
